Logitech's newest line of keyboards may have a long name but they are some of the best external bluetooth keyboards available now. Some good features are the backlit keyboard, the ease of typing, portability and multi-device function meaning that you can connect this keyboard to three devices. It is probably the best keyboard for a minimalist.
There's a lot to like about it.
It's small enough to still have a full-size feel when typing. It doesn't take up a lot of room and it can slide into your bag, backpack or suitcase. The official weight is about 17.9 ounces but I have to say that it felt a little heavier which is the one negative I had about the keyboard.
Typing is awesome. I had no problems at all typing on this keyboard from the moment it was ready to use. Perfect Stroke keys ensure that every keystroke is fluid, natural and accurate. The keys have a slight dip to match the shape of your fingertips. It's a pretty good design for typing.
Backlit keys! I love them. The Logitech MX Mini does not disappoint here either. The cool thing about it is that the keyboard detects when your hands are within range and automatic adjust to lighting conditions so you really don't have to think about manually adjusting the backlit. Backlit keyboards are one main thing that drains the battery but this feature actually will save your battery life.
Speaking of battery life....you can get 10 days on a full charge and up to five months with the backlighting turned off.
Those who work from home will love that this keyboard is built with a microphone mute/un-mute key for those Zoom meetings. There are also keys for emojis and dictation.
This is a good replacement keyboard for your PC as well while also able to connect to your tablet and phone.
The keyboard is a little pricey as it costs $99. You can also purchase the mouse to go with it. The Mini is - of course- the smaller version. Logitech also has other full-size keyboards in this category. For more information on those, go to their website at www.logitech.com.
If you are looking for a minimal keyboard, you need to try this one.
